FAQ
Q 1: Why is there a power drain with no devices plugged into the Anker 521?
A: When the control buttons are turned on, even if no devices are being charged, there will still be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. Therefore, it is recommended to turn off the control buttons after using them to avoid draining power.
Q 2: What is the maximum output of the Anker 521?
A: 398W in total. The power station is incompatible with appliances that require more than 200W AC input such as microwave, electric grill, refrigerator, electric vehicle, air compressor and more.
Q 3: Can I use the power station with a CPAP?
A: Yes you can but do not use with a CPAP overnight and in power saving mode.
Q 4: Can you charge and discharge the Anker 521 at the same time?
A: The power station supports pass-through charging while connected via a vehicle output or AC outlet.
Q 5: Can you leave the protective film on the display screen on to protect it?
A: Please remove the protective film on the screen before using it for the first time.
Q 6: Why does the Anker 521 not show the correct battery level?
A: If you feel that the battery drains fast when used for the first time, it is because the display information of the remaining power is inaccurate when the product is activated for the first time. The power remaining will automatically calibrate by discharging the battery to 1% and then recharging it to 100%.
Q 7: Can you charge the Anker 521 via solar panel and what connection does it use?
A: Use Anker PS100 Portable Solar Panel purchased separately. In the case of buying you receive Anker PS100 Solar Panel (100W), 3m MC4 extension cables *2, 0.5m MC4 TO XT-60 connector*1, XT-60 To DC7909 connector*1, welcome guide, and Anker's 18-month warranty.
